When will CFMS2019 be held?
CFMS2019 will be held on Sep.19th at InterContinental Shenzhen hotel from 08:00 to 17:40，including a lunch time from 11:40-13:00.The VIP dinner need internal invitation.An attendance card is a must to enter the summit, Please register in advance.

How to sign up for the CFMS2019 ?
Click"Register Now"on the China Flash Market Summit special page to fill in the registration information.You will receive the email and message "CFMS2019 Registration Successfully" when your application is passed. The email and SMS contain the registration code and QR code for sign-in.
How much is the admission fee for CFMS 2019?
The CFMS is free. All the people who are related to storage industry can register. Please kindly notice: participants must register through official Website of CFMS2019 (https://cfms.chinaflashmarket.com/reg-en). Being award of being deceived.
What is the difference between CFMS general registration and invitation code registration?
How do you know your registration status after submitting the registration information?
After successfully submitting the registration information, you can enter the "Result Inquiry" page by "Registration", and enter the last four digits of mobile phone number and email address filled in at the time of registration to check the application status. How to confirm that you have passed the CFMS2019 registration review?
The participants who have passed the registration review will receive the email and SMS "CFMS2019 Attendence Confirmation Letter". The email and SMS contain the registration code and QR code used for the check-in. You can also check the registration result on the "Result Inquiry" page by "Registration". Can participants enter the CFMS2019 without registration?
You need register in advance. The participants will get an attendance card on sign-in desk with participation code and QR code of CMFS2019, and enter the venue with attendance card.
What is Check-in time of CFMS2019?
From 14:00 to 18:00 p.m. on September 18th, you can go to CFMS2019 Services Consulting Desk of Intercontinental Hotel in Shenzhen to get your participation certificates in advance.
From 08:00 to 09:10 a.m. on September 19th, you can go to the check-in desk to get your participation certificates.
What kind of certificates do you need to carry to get the certificates?
1. Participation code and QR code;
2. Two Personal Business Cards (Business Card Information and Registration Information Must Be Consistent)
Does the organizer provide simultaneous interpretation services?
CFMS provides free simultaneous interpretation service. Guests who need it are requested to bring valid personal ID card or passport to get handle simultaneous interpretation equipment on the site of the conference. Please cherish the simultaneous transmission equipment and use it correctly. After the conference, please return it in person and get back your personal certificate.
What are the hotels near the CFMS2019 ?
The CFMS2019 is located at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT Hotel. Nearby hotels: Westin Yitian Hotel, City Inn (Window of the World), Huali Boutique Hotel (OCT), Seaview Jiatu Hotel, the above hotels are about 15 minutes’ walk from the summit venue, please arrange the meeting time reasonably.
How to attend a VIP dinner?
The CFMS2019 VIP Dinner is an internal invitation. CFMS2019 will send emails and messages to special guests attending the VIP dinner in advance. If you have any questions, please contact: Service@Chinaflashmarket.com.
How to become the CFMS VIP?
CFMS provides VIP services for industry leaders, elites and senior and important guests of sponsoring enterprises. It can submit VIP application through CFMS sponsoring enterprise channels.
The rights of the VIP：
There are exclusive access for VIP participants. There are VIP seating areas in the main venue which provide all day tea break, VIP lunch, VIP dinner (private invitation), VIP lounge area, handbag with summit document, CFMS badge, hotel accommodation booking (agreement price) services.
How to get VIP certificates?
Enterprise interlocutors uniformly apply for participation certificates for their enterprise VIP.
You can get VIP certificates at the CFMS 2019 service desk of the Intercontinental Hotel Shenzhen in advance from 14:00 to 18:00 p.m. on September 18th. Or at 08:00-09:10 a.m. on September 19th, you can go to registration desk to get VIP certificates.
Participants'Privacy Rights in CFMS?
(1) Respecting and protecting the privacy of participants is the core principle of CFMS. CFMS will protect the information of enterprises and personnel according to law, and ensure the information security of enterprises and personnel.
(2) Without the authorization and consent of the participants themselves, CFMS will not disclose any personal information of the participants, such as name, telephone, e-mail, company, etc. Participants'information is limited to CFMS2019 application for registration and the use of the registration on the day of the conference. Any disclosure of information in any form is strictly prohibited.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the summit venue after getting off the bus.
Shenzhen Airport to CFMS2019:
The whole journey is about 26 kilometers. It takes about 1 hour by taxi. The cost is about RMB 87. If you take the subway the time is about 45 minutes, you need to take the No. 11 line (Futian direction) to the Qianhai Bay Station. Interchange Line 1 (airport east direction) to Exit C of OCT, then walk 200 meters to InterContinental Shenzhen OCT.
Shenzhen North Railway Station to CFMS2019:
The whole journey is about 14 kilometers. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi. The cost is about RMB 40. If you need to take the subway it is about 35 minutes, you need to take the No. 4 line (Futian Direction) to the Convention and Exhibition Center Station and transfer to Line 1 (airport east direction) to Exit C of OCT, then walk 200 meters to InterContinental Shenzhen OCT.
Shenzhen Futian Station to CFMS2019:
The whole journey is about 9 kilometers. It takes about 23 minutes by taxi. The cost is about RMB 29. If you need to take the subway it is about 23 minutes, you need to take the No. 11 line (30a, Bitou direction). Transfer to Chegongmiao Station and transfer to Line 1 (airport east direction) to Exit C of OCT, then walk 200 meters to InterContinental Shenzhen OCT.
